MUD RUN EVENT RULES:
EVERY ONE entering the event including minors and adults must print/sign their names on the release form at the gate. This is for your
safety and ours. THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
THERE ARE NOT TO BE ANY SPECTATORS IN THE PIT AREAS!
"Event official will have the final say on any and all questions at each event! "No alcoholic beverages. Driver is responsible for everyone in their pit area. "A contestant cannot drive more than one truck in any class in the same race. In any event. "The driver must use the same race vehicle that is originally used in the first round of competition. "Misconduct or rule violation will not be tolerated. Immediate action will be taken. "The drivers” are responsible for their crew members.
*2 minute rules - When the class is called entire class will have 2- minutes to begin pre-staging. When the vehicle is called to the pit .It will have 2-minutes to stage.
*Late entries-you or someone you designate must contact an official before the registration deadline to qualify to run in that event.
*If your class is called and for some reason the vehicle is disabled and cannot get to the line for the first pass your first pass will be scratched.
*As long as you are in line after the truck you were to follow you
will be able to make the second pass.
HELMETS ARE MANDATORY FOR ALL CLASSES. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN WITHOUT ONE! THERE ARE NO RIDERS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE CLASSES. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! YOU CANNOT SWITCH DRIVERS AFTER 1st PASS!
Pro Stock
Tires any size DOT (no cuts)
Body any factory body Metal or Fiberglass body pans allowed. Gutting allowed but must have bedsides
Wheels tires must match up under tenders .as far as length is concerned AH doors & sheet metal must be in place.
Engine: engine swap allowed. No aluminum blocks. Motor can be set back no more than 6" from differential of the leading head.
Absolutely no slipper clutches allowed of any type.
Carburetor single carburetor, no nitrous or alcohol mixes.
Exhaust: up or downdraft headers allowed.
Roll cage: 6point roll cage required.
Nitrous: absolutely nothing to do with nitrous can be on a Pro Stock vehicle. This means absolutely no lines, plates & brackets to hold the NOS bottle or any pertaining to nitrous. If truck has any of the things it will automatically be moved up to modified.
Safety: both general & safety rules apply.
There will be no tracking in this class.
Suspensions: three & four link suspension will be allowed.
Super Stock
Tires: any size DOT (no cuts).
Body: factory body & frame, front fenders may be cut no more mat 3"to get clearance of tires. Absolutely no altering or gutting in any other form. Nets can be used in place of tailgate.
Engine: no engine swaps. No aluminum blocks or heads. After market heads allowed.
Replacement after market block allowed if factor, available. No merlin block & no SVO blocks. Up right or down draft headers are okay.
Carburetor: single carburetor, no nitrous or alcohol mixes.
Suspension: stock lift kits, traction bars. & factor, bars allowed.
Gas tanks: stock tank in stock location or fuel cell in bed allowed
Seats: seats will be in place. you may have a race seat but you must have a passenger seat in place.
Aluminum intakes are allowed.
Open & soft top vehicles must have roll bars.
All vehicles in this class will be considered "street legal" All glass will be in place.
Lights will be operational wipers fan ect. Will be in place but do not have to op.
Seat: belts & helmets mandatory .Safety: both general & safety rules will apply. There will be no tracking in this class.
Each vehicle will have one race to conform to rules.
Flat bed trucks will be allowed in this class .wooden or metal beds are allowed.
Pro Street
After market intakes & or headers okay. Must be capped.
Body or suspension lifts okay.
Hydraulic or solid flat tappet cams okay.
No electric or air shifters.
No cut or paddle tires.
Mechanical secondary carbs okay.
Racing fuel or pump gas only. No nitrous or alcohol mixes.
After market ignition systems or rev. limiters okay.
Must pull 15" vacuum at/below 1000 rpm: to be checked at PVC or brake booster.
No after market heads or blocks.
No dominators; 850 CFM limit.
No 502 blocks or 514 crate engines.
Street Stock
This is strictly a street stock class. No race trucks are allowed. No roller rockers or roller cams unless factory available for that model.
Must have smooth idle. Must be able to pull 17" of vacuum at 1,000 rpms. Vacuum will be checked randomly at tech. Official discretion. No vacuum pumps.
Tires: Dot tires allowed. No cuts or paddles.
Headers: headers are allowed. But must be capped.
Lift kits allowed.
Dual exhausts allowed. Exhaust must come past back axle (outside or out the back).
Aluminum intakes allowed.
No aluminum heads.
No double pumper carbs. No dual line. No dominator. Single line 550 CFM.
Body: must have factory numbers of springs. Truck must sit level or higher in rear. No altering or springs.
Must have factory transmission. (No stall converters or trans brakes).
Ratchet shifter allowed. (No air or electric shifters).
Must have factory fuel pump.
A11 accessories must be in place. (Fans and alternators belts).
This class will be looked at objectively. Tech officials decision will be final!
All vehicles with removable tops must have tops. Roll Bar
Must have factory ignition OEM. No MSD. etc.. Ignition allowed.
4&6 Cylinders
Tires: any size DOT tire allowed. No cut or paddles.
Engine: no after market blocks or heads.
Suspension: factory type (lift kits & traction bars allowed).
County Class
Is for stock motor & transmission only.
No performance products. (No after market carbs, intakes, or headers) OEM parts only. *
DOT approved tires.
No diesel engines.
Diesel Only Class
DOT approved tires only.
